According to experts, the cost of tours for the summer season has increased by 10% nationwide. Prices are not expected to decrease, but they may increase by 5-20%. As the summer season approaches, prices are likely to rise even further.
It’s better to plan your trip to the seaside in advance to have a better chance of booking a hotel at a good price. You can save a significant amount by purchasing a summer tour soon. Black Sea vacation packages are still available at early booking discounts. However, by April, the demand for popular hotels in the Krasnodar Krai for the summer season is expected to reach 60-70%, according to experts.
They also shared where you can have an affordable summer vacation. For example, in Anapa, a week-long vacation for two will cost from 57,000 rubles, and for a family with a child, from 77,000 rubles. If you’re looking at hotels with an all-inclusive system and alcohol, the cost will exceed 112,000 rubles.
A week-long tour for three in Dagestan will cost from 66,000 to 88,000 rubles, and you can visit Abkhazia for about 55,000 rubles.
If you’re considering the Caucasian Mineral Waters, a ticket will cost from 5,500 rubles per person, plus 2,500 rubles per night in a hotel for two.
A flight to Armenia will cost from 8,300 rubles, and accommodation in a double room will start from 3,300 rubles.
Interestingly, some overseas destinations will become more affordable this year. Vacationing in the UAE and Sri Lanka will be 10-15% cheaper compared to 2023. However, Turkey and Egypt are not planning to lower prices. Even before the start of the season, you’ll need to pay at least 150,000 rubles for a seven-night stay in these countries.
