Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Tatiana Golikova, speaking at a meeting of the interdepartmental working group on the labor market situation, stated that the national project “Human Resources” comprises four federal projects.
According to her, one of them is aimed at successful employment of graduates from educational institutions. The project includes the development of industrial internships and the creation of a more flexible system of professional standards.
The second project will reform approaches to professional development for working citizens. Golikova mentioned that it will assist those aiming to change professions or acquire additional skills.
The third project aims to reduce the duration of temporary disability and decrease workplace injuries.
The fourth project focuses on engaging youth in business and creating conditions for developing entrepreneurial skills, concluded Golikova.
