With the help of modern technology, drones scan the forested area and transmit information to the inspector’s console, who then heads to the site on a snowmobile. Raids were successfully conducted in several districts of the region.
Throughout the year, over 170 violations were identified, leading to 11 criminal cases being initiated and fines totaling more than 60,000 rubles imposed. Inspectors also confiscated over 35 illegal hunting weapons. The total damage caused by poachers amounted to 5 million rubles.
