The psychological support chat will commence operations on July 22, 2024. It will involve psychologists with medical education, primarily staff from state medical institutions.
Through personal communication, these professionals will provide psychological assistance to those in need. The service will be free of charge, and conversations in the chat will be conducted anonymously. The project is set to operate on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Additionally, the Telegram chat will feature a section titled “I am Proud!” where stories of the heroism of Russian military personnel and their families will be shared. Psychologists believe this will help combat fear and pain.
Participants in the SMO and their families will also have the opportunity to ask legal questions in the chat, which will then be forwarded to the appropriate specialists.
Previously, it was reported that Russian scientists have developed a special methodology for providing psychological assistance to people in challenging situations, including those related to combat operations.
