Scientists have noted the potential benefits of theobromine in the treatment of depression and dementia, but these effects still need to be proven.

It is best to consume dark chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%, as it contains more antioxidants. However, it is important to remember moderation: experts recommend eating 20-30 grams or 1-2 pieces per day.
