Moscow and suburban hospitals have been receiving hundreds of people since early morning who are willing to donate blood for those affected in the Crocus City Hall attack. Many blood donation centers opened before 8 a.m. due to the recent events.
Blood donation takes no more than 10 minutes. You need to have your passport or another identity document and your SNILS (insurance number) with you. Registration in Moscow or the Moscow region is not required. Donors must be over 18 years old and weigh more than 50 kilograms.
Blood is accepted at the Blood Center of the Russian FMBA on Shchukinskaya Street, 6, as well as in blood donation centers in Begovaya, Tsaritsyno, Shabolovskaya, and other medical institutions in the capital.
