Videos of rocket launches will be shown on outdoor screens in several Russian cities. This was announced by the state corporation “Roscosmos.”
Its head, Yuri Borisov, and the CEO of the media holding MAER, Konstantin Mayor, have signed a corresponding agreement. The MAER company will show residents of the cities videos of the most important events happening in the Russian space industry. These will be reports on the launches of space ships and the work of astronauts in orbit.
Digital screens on the streets of Moscow, Novosibirsk, Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg, and several other large cities will be used in this program.
Earlier, it was reported that a draft project of the Russian orbital station has been approved by “Roscosmos.” It was developed by the corporation “Energiya.” After the completion of work on the International Space Station, this orbital station will become the base for Russian cosmonauts. The new station will be able to operate for several decades. Currently, work is underway to conclude contracts with contractors who will be involved in creating the orbital station.
