In his Telegram channel, Dr. Mark Gadzian, a candidate of medical sciences, surgeon, and oncologist, listed the main threats to a long and healthy life.

According to him, one of the biggest mistakes is the lack of control over excess weight. Obesity is associated with a vast number of serious illnesses. For example, it contributes to the development of heart diseases and increases the likelihood of cancer.

Gadzian noted that a sedentary lifestyle is another factor contributing to the development of diseases. Moreover, many people, despite being aware of the harm of insufficient sleep, postpone addressing this issue.

Among other enemies of health listed by the doctor are improper and unbalanced nutrition, untimely treatment of chronic diseases, stress, and harmful habits.

By eliminating these factors, almost every person can live to be 100 years old, concluded Gadzian.
