Skolkovo Doubles Resident Revenue Plan

The Board of Directors at Skolkovo reviewed the planned revenue and off-budget investments of residents for 2024-2025 and doubled their values. The new volume of off-budget investments in Skolkovo participants is set at 50 billion and 60 billion rubles, up from the previous 25.7 billion and 29 billion rubles respectively. Resident revenue is projected to increase from 350 billion and 400 billion rubles to 700 billion and 850 billion rubles for 2024-2025, and to 1 trillion rubles by 2026.

The decision to revise the planned values was based on an analysis of the performance results of key efficiency indicators of Skolkovo residents for previous periods and three quarters of 2023, where there was an overachievement of target values, exceeding the maximum value by 120%. Skolkovo’s Chairman of the Board, Igor Drozdov, emphasized the importance of high target values for the development of the innovation economy.

A plan was also set for 2026 regarding off-budget investment volume at 70 billion rubles. Chairman of Skolkovo’s Board of Directors, Igor Shuvalov, highlighted that these changes are aimed at supporting Russia’s technological sovereignty and strengthening Skolkovo’s position as a leader in the innovation sphere, both domestically and on the global stage.
