Experts from “Avito Rabota” have analyzed the dynamics of office job vacancies in Russia, comparing data from April 2024 with the same period in 2023, and have compiled a ranking of the most sought-after professions.
Topping the list in terms of vacancy growth are banking employees. Since April 2023, the number of vacancies for them has increased by 3.4 times (+237%). On average, they are offered a salary of 79,000 rubles across Russia, which is 35% higher than a year ago.
Auditors take second place. The number of job offers for them has risen by 65%, with an average salary increase of 17%, reaching 81,000 rubles per month.
Commercial agents are third in terms of vacancy growth. Demand for them has increased by 53%, with an average salary of 94,000 rubles per month in April 2024 (+12%).
HR managers are in fourth place: the number of vacancies for them has increased by 36%, and the average salary in April rose to 57,000 rubles per month (+1%).
Technicians are also in demand. The number of vacancies for them has grown by 31%, with an average salary increase of 5%, reaching 66,000 rubles per month.
The top 10 also includes: customer service managers (vacancy growth of 27%), economists (+25%), tourism managers (+24%), veterinarians (+24%), and financial specialists (+21%).
