Almost 40% of Russians working remotely are willing to return to the office if their salary is increased, reports RIA Novosti, citing a study conducted by “Kontur.Tolk” and “Rabota.ru.”
According to analysts, the primary incentive for the majority of remote workers (37%) is a salary increase. Another third (33%) would leave their home offices if they received an offer from their dream company. One in four (23%) is ready to work in the office alongside colleagues.
Other motivating factors include workplace amenities such as a gym, library, and free food (17%). Additionally, 16% of respondents indicated they would return to the office if they moved to a new location or were allowed to bring their pets.
Regarding their emotional state while working remotely, 8% of respondents constantly feel disconnected from their colleagues, while 19% experience this feeling occasionally. Overall, the majority of respondents (73%) report feeling well and do not face such emotional challenges.
To combat feelings of isolation, 46% of respondents visit the office whenever possible, and 25% participate in corporate events.
