Ducks have joined them as well.
According to a report on the regional Ministry of Nature Telegram channel, approximately 800 swans have arrived to spend the winter at Lake Svetloye in the Altai Territory. A video showing the lake completely filled with these birds was captured by state inspector Alexey Soldatov from the Altai Nature State Institution.
At the “Swan” reserve, they take care of and look after the birds, and they are well informed about it. Taking advantage of this, ducks have snuck in among the flock of swans: they can be spotted in the footage if you look closely.
You can see these birds live from the observation platform of the reserve, which opened to visitors in early December. There is also a heated area available for visitors.
