Over 140 New Enterprises to Be Launched in the Region.
In the region, more than 140 new manufacturing enterprises are planned to be launched under the “Land for 1 Ruble” program aimed at supporting import substitution, according to the press service of the Ministry of Investments, Industry, and Science of the Moscow Region.
According to the department’s data, 138 companies have already used this program, launching 142 investment projects on the provided land plots. The total investment amount in the construction and launch of new enterprises is 104.8 billion rubles, which will create 12.5 thousand jobs in the region.
One of the first recipients of land under this program in 2022 was the Tonar machine-building plant, which has already completed the construction of one of the workshops and began its operation. All investment projects in the Moscow Region were accompanied within the framework of the regional investment standard, ensuring their prompt implementation.
In total, over the past two years, more than 160 land plots with a total area of about 650 hectares have been provided for the implementation of investment projects aimed at import substitution in various industries. Both individual entrepreneurs and legal entities ready to develop production in the Moscow Region show interest in the program.
