A total of 28 hotels are planned for construction on the Caspian Sea coast
On the Caspian Sea coast in Dagestan, plans are underway to build 28 hotels, a sanatorium, and a federal children’s center. All these facilities will be located in the special economic zone “Caspian Coastal Cluster.”
The development of this zone is carried out in collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and the development institute “KavkazRF.” It is envisaged that 28 hotels, a sanatorium, cultural facilities, and yacht marinas will be built. This will provide over 14,500 accommodation spaces and create more than 8,000 jobs.
The Caspian Coastal Cluster is one of the priority investment projects in the Republic of Dagestan. Its development aims to attract 80 billion rubles in investments from various sources.
