According to a study conducted by the service SuperJob and reported by RT, 31% of Russians have no complaints about the remote work format.
Among the primary advantages of remote work, 62% of respondents highlighted the ability to work from any location with internet access.
Nearly half of the survey participants (47%) noted cost savings, while 38% mentioned fewer distractions.
Additionally, 28% of respondents said that remote work gives them more freedom. The ability to spend more time with family was mentioned by 23% of Russians, the opportunity for side jobs by 19%, and less oversight from management by 12%.
According to 8% of Russians, a positive aspect of remote work is the absence of a dress code. Only 1% of those surveyed stated that remote work has no advantages.
In early 2020, due to the coronavirus pandemic and the restrictions imposed by authorities, many employers were forced to transition their employees to remote work. After the quarantine, some decided to reduce the number of office days and keep the maximum number of employees working from home, so that in the event of another emergency, the company could continue to operate smoothly.
