Personally overseeing the progress in the city’s central part, where large-scale construction of the new district is underway, covering an area of over 200 hectares, Kadyrov stated that 130 multi-story buildings, totaling over 2 million square meters of housing, will be erected on its territory.

Additionally, mosques, kindergartens, and other social facilities will be constructed in this area, along with the modernization of transportation infrastructure.
