A confident growth in industry is being observed in Russia.
During a direct line, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that industrial production in Russia increased by 3.6%, and manufacturing by 7.5%.
The country’s leader also mentioned the record low unemployment rate in Russia, which dropped to 2.9%—the lowest in the country’s history.
The conversation during the direct line also touched on the aviation industry—Vladimir Putin stated that Russia plans to produce more than 1,000 aircraft by 2030. There are plans to switch to domestic engines in the near future.
Additionally, according to the President, the share of the ruble in Russia’s foreign trade has increased to 40%.
