Thirdly, choosing natural products over those that have undergone intensive industrial processing is preferable.

Fourthly, diversifying one’s diet to ensure the intake of all necessary nutrients is important.

Fifthly, even when eating out, opting for healthy food choices is essential.

Rospotrebnadzor specialists also reminded that a balanced diet should include fresh vegetables and fruits, whole grain and medium-fat dairy products, oils, and protein-rich foods.
