An increasing number of Russians believe that an ideal vacation should last no less than four weeks, according to a survey conducted by SuperJob and reported by “Gazeta.Ru.”

Only 2% of respondents said that 10 days would be sufficient for the perfect vacation. Meanwhile, 13% believe that two weeks are needed for proper rest, and 17% think three weeks are ideal. A third (31%) of those surveyed feel that a vacation should last four weeks, while 27% are convinced that the perfect vacation should extend beyond 28 days.

Among women, a higher proportion (22%) are satisfied with a three-week vacation, whereas more men (33%) prefer a four-week break.

Younger Russians, under 34, are more likely to recover in two weeks (19%). Respondents aged 35 to 45 are more in favor of a four-week vacation compared to younger or older groups (34%).

Those with a monthly income of over 100,000 rubles are the most inclined to want longer vacations.

Compared to a similar survey conducted in 2023, there has been a 5% increase in the number of Russians dreaming of a vacation lasting four weeks or more.
