According to analysts, 58% of respondents found questions about zodiac signs and birth times strange. Additionally, 56% were puzzled by questions like “Why do you need a job at all?” and “What would you wish for if you had a golden fish?”
Furthermore, 51% of participants deemed tasks designed to test personal qualities inappropriate.
Questions about marital status and having children embarrassed 48% of Russians, while 41% were put off by comments on their appearance. An equal percentage found the questions “Why should we hire you?” and “Why do you want to work at our company?” unsuitable.
Additionally, 37% of respondents felt that questions about future plans, such as “Where do you see yourself in 5, 10, 15 years?” were off-limits.
One-third of Russians (33%) considered tasks testing logical thinking inappropriate.
The survey, which allowed for multiple answers, included more than 3,500 participants.
