For the first time, a train carriage with a sauna will be included in a tourist train in Russia.
This was announced by the Federal Passenger Company, a subsidiary of Russian Railways. The carriages of this tourist train have been renovated, and the attendants have been provided with new uniforms in corresponding colors.
Passengers of the cruise train will have the opportunity to use new services. If there are any questions or issues, they can contact the reception located in the headquarters carriage. In the spa carriage, besides the sauna, there are also shower cabins and relaxation areas. To take advantage of the amenities of this carriage, passengers need to contact their attendant.
Additionally, the Federal Passenger Company shared details about the unique design of the carriages of this tourist train. The exterior of each carriage is dedicated to a particular republic through which the train route passes. The carriages’ decor features quotes from the works of Lermontov, as well as scenes from the movie “Prisoner of the Caucasus.”
The “Pearl of the Caucasus” train is a hotel on wheels. It started operating three years ago and has gained popularity among travel enthusiasts.
