In many countries around the world, young Russian specialists are valued much more than those from, for example, the UK or France.

This was stated in a conversation with RIA Novosti by Alexander Vaino, who heads the Center for Youth Initiatives at ASI. He noted that it’s not so much about the professionalism of Russians as it is about their tremendous resilience to any stressful situations.

Vaino also pointed out that entering the labor market of another country is very challenging. However, Russia is addressing this issue. Currently, significant work is being done within BRICS. At the summit of the countries of this association, which will take place in Kazan, Russia will have a large youth block, within which important issues will be discussed. The topic of youth entrepreneurship is very relevant today. Moreover, it is necessary to take into account the fact that in Asia, Africa, and Latin America, the average age of the population is 25-30 years old, noted Vaino.

Earlier, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives talked about how young entrepreneurs in Russia spend their money. It turned out that most of them are socially oriented. Young people are involved in charity. They help the poor and homeless animals. Russian youth actively participate in various forums, projects, and initiatives. Young people want things to be good not only for themselves but also for those around them, ASI said.
