The company “Components of the Safety System,” a subsidiary of “SOLLERS,” has secured a loan of 1.2 billion rubles from the Industrial Development Fund (FRP) to localize the production of safety system components.
In the industrial park of UAZ (Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant), the production of crucial components for the automotive industry, such as airbags, steering wheels, seat belts, and electronic control units, will be organized. It is planned to start serial production in 2025.
The funds provided through the preferential loan from FRP, attracted through the “Auto Components” program, will be used to acquire new technological equipment, including foam-filling machines, assembly lines for components, cutting and sewing equipment, assembly lines for printed circuit boards, and assembly of passive safety system control units. Additionally, testing equipment will be acquired to verify all components and products.
