Novosibirsk household chemicals plant opens new production
Novosibirsk Household Chemistry Plant expands its production capacity and launches the production of washing powder at the production site in Engels, Saratov region.
The opening of the fifth production site of the Novosibirsk factory of household chemicals (NFHC) took place in September 2023, and to date, the production of liquid detergents has been successfully organized here. The other day on its base a new production was launched – washing powder.
The production capacity of dry detergents will be 1200 tons per month, which will allow (NFHC) to meet the growing demand for detergent in the European part of Russia.
“In the production of washing powder, we use domestic raw materials, which allows us to achieve a high degree of localization of products,” says Mikhail Dokukin, PR manager of (NFHC). — At the site in Engels, (NFHC) will produce washing powder under its own trademarks, as well as brands for retail chains, including contract production. Some of the goods will be produced using improved technology, which will ensure higher product quality and increase its competitiveness in the market. The volume of investments in the production site is 80 million rubles. 50% of this amount is invested in 2023. The project assumes further expansion of the production of liquid detergents through possible automation, new packaging and technologies.”
For more than 25 years, (NFHC) has been developing and manufacturing products for washing, cleaning and home care, both under its own brands and as part of contract production for retail chains. Russian equipment and Russian raw materials are mainly used in production. (NFHC) operates five own sites located in three regions – Novosibirsk (2 sites), Samara (1 site), Vladimir (1 site) and Saratov (1 site) regions.
