Some Russians spent impressive sums on vacations abroad in March 2024
This was reported to “Izvestia” by the OneTwoTrip service. The most expensive vacation turned out to be a trip by four Russian citizens to the Maldives. They stayed in a 5-star hotel with full board for three weeks and paid 3 million rubles for it.
The second highest expenditure on vacation was made by two people who went to the island of Mauritius. They spent 11 days in a 5-star hotel with breakfasts, paying 1.9 million rubles for this pleasure.
The third place was taken by Russians who rested in Dubai. A group of 4 people paid 1.5 million rubles. They stayed in a 5-star hotel with two meals a day for 8 days.
As for vacations in Russia, they were, of course, much cheaper. The most expensive tour was a trip to Moscow for two Russians for 27 days. They stayed in a four-star hotel. The vacation cost them 476,000 rubles. Moscow took all the top positions in terms of the cost of vacation, noted in the service.
Earlier, OneTwoTrip shared Russians’ plans for the summer. Turkey takes first place among foreign destinations. Georgia and Armenia are in second and third place, respectively.
