A recent study conducted by the recruitment services Headhunter and “Rabota.ru” has revealed that IT professionals and surveyors topped the list of the highest-paying jobs in Russia as of April this year.

Leading the pack, DevOps engineers earn a median salary of 250,000 rubles, followed by development team leaders at 201,000 rubles, and data scientists at 200,000 rubles. System analysts and surveyors are also in the high-earning bracket, each commanding average salaries of 150,000 rubles.

In terms of salary growth over the past year, surveyors saw an increase of 31%, while creative directors experienced a significant 76% rise, taking their pay to 140,000 rubles.

However, the study noted a decline in salaries among data scientists, who saw an 11% reduction in earnings.

In the services sector, there was a notable surge in salaries in the first quarter of the year, with the average annual income rising by 32% to 83,800 rubles. The beauty and health sector followed with a 24.8% increase, bringing the monthly average to 90,400 rubles.
