Flowers are being brought to the buildings of Russian embassies in various countries after the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall near Moscow. Spontaneous memorials have been noticed in the USA, Sweden, France, Latvia, Belarus, and other states. Flowers are also being laid in cities across Russia.

The UN Security Council condemned the terrorist attack. Members of the Security Council called it “heinous and cowardly.” The organization emphasized the need to hold not only the perpetrators of the crime accountable but also its organizers and sponsors. The Security Council called on all member states to actively cooperate with Moscow.

Dozens of world powers have condemned the tragedy at the Crocus City Hall. Among them are Israel, Poland, Italy, the USA, Canada, the Czech Republic, Cuba, Venezuela, Palestine, China, Belarus, and others. Russian embassies abroad have lowered their flags as a sign of mourning and solidarity. This was announced by the head of the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the UN in Geneva, Gennady Gatilov.
