Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced that Russia’s economic growth in 2023 exceeded the global average, with the country’s GDP increasing by 3.6%. The head of state emphasized that the improvement in the economic situation is based on the country’s internal capabilities. He also highlighted a significant growth in industrial production, reaching 3.5%, and processing industries showing a production increase of 7.5%.

Noteworthy growth has been observed in the production of computers, aviation equipment, shipbuilding, furniture, and automotive transport.

Vladimir Putin added that the state’s unquestionable priority is to increase the incomes and quality of life of Russians, ensuring the well-being of their families.
