Indexation of Pensions and Benefits in 2025
Social and Insurance Pensions:
- Social pensions will increase by 9.5%.
- Insurance pensions and fixed payments will be indexed twice — by 4.5% from February 1 and by 2.2% from April 1.
Disability and Merit Benefits:
- Heroes of Russia and Labor, veterans, disabled individuals, and other categories will see a 4.5% increase in 2025, followed by another 4% increase in 2026.
Temporary Disability Payments:
- The maximum benefit amount will exceed 5,600 rubles in 2025.
- Maternity benefits will be 794,300 rubles for 140 days.
- Childcare benefits will rise to almost 69,000 rubles per month.
Minimum Wage (MROT):
- From 2025, the minimum wage will increase by 15%, exceeding 22,000 rubles per month.

Salaries of Doctors and Teachers:
- New wage systems will be introduced for education and healthcare workers in 2025.
